Updating a panel gene, sets Reduced penetrance and Mosaicism fields to False #4925

For instance I've added a comment to a gene in the panel:

When I export it looks like this, these 2 booleans and no comment:

Is it actually not the exporting per se, but when you update a gene in the panel, for instance by adding a comment, both boolean fields reduced_penetrance and mosaicism get set to False, but this is still a bug
