Add permissions views #122

No delete row is shown on the batches table and on sample a Tag is shown instead of Select Screen Shot 2021-11-29 at 13 52 15

I will add comment stuff once you are done with it!

user: readuser pwd: readuser can be used to browse a view for a user with only read permissions
