Can we remove the rsync analyses? #54

Given that we track rsync uploads as jobs (?), can we stop creating analyses for rsync?

Yes, they are only used as wrappers for rsync upload jobs and manually inspected by production. So once the rsync jobs are correctly associated with the original analysis, the rsync tab can be removed.
