  1. Present a flowchart on technical folder on Wiki (whole team need to decide)
  2. Keep track of the technical folder and Microsoft Teams files in the group chat (whole team need to decide)
  3. Decide one programming language on data transformation and wrangling (whole team need to decide)
  4. Generate synthetic data to fit into software, no need to wait for the Synthea data that stop the team to do things (Alex done a demo csv file)
  5. Set a framework of a project report for team to work on (whole team need to decide)
  6. Research on SEIFA data's variables and compare tableau and powerBI (Zizhuo)

Tasks for this week:

  1. Documentation data cleaning steps across different softwares
  2. Generating a map using social-eco data(better related it to the mental health) as a draft (Joly stuck on the variables' meaning of SEIFA data)
  3. Researching on the popular image/data softwares in clinical (Xingli done research: R, excel Matlab, python, powerBI)
  4. Start generating the consistent map on different softwares (XIngli on Python; Alex on R)
  5. Draft the documentation in the Github (whole team need to decide)

22/08 Xingli is in charge of designing Python map and writing Python tech doc on Github. Xingli is in charge of setting the framework of team report and tidy up content in group google docs
