Module for moving results to Webstore

Implement a flag that moves the results to webstore.

• [x] Dont move it all to webstore!
• [ ] Current folder for the year!
• [x] Add i timestamp in output folder name!
• [x] Send mail when finished, run name should be set in the output name

For taxprofiler_out only move: multiqc pipelineinfo krona
