Divide the outputs to Bacteria, Eukaryota and Viral #13

To be able to sort the tables better, maybe it is enough just to attach that information about which classifier the hit belongs to in the excel? Start with adding the classifier, it will anyways make it easier to perform the filtering later.

Required info is already in _SpeciesDomainLinkage.txt under the Extra folder. Use it to split the excel table for the different tabs!

The comparison is using the counts tables so you wont mess anything upp when you change the excel table. Write them in different sheets so we dont need additional parsing if we run DESeq2 for research!
