Set TaxID and Species as first and second column, otherwise it breaks the normalization. #14

Issue in validation of iontorrent in parsed3. Need to force set the columns so taxid is always the first column and species is the second! This is an issue with a sample in the diamond run. Dont know why this one ends up in column 1.
