New terms request for PubChem RDF #36

Per meeting on April 28: a CTO term of “investigational molecular entity administration” and subclasses “investigational drug administration”, “investigational supplement administration” are created. a RO relation “has agent” is used to link an investigational molecular entity and its administration process.

New terms added on 6/10/2021. However, the term "has clinical trial site" is questionable. The intend for creating this term is to capture the countries info in the CT.gov in PubChem RDF. The clinical trial site is broader than the country. We may need to make this relation more specific by changing the label.
