What is the use case for `020-prefixes.pl`? #26

This module is currently nowhere loaded. Can we remove it?

note: you can still load it by using ClioPatria/configure --with-020-prefixes

I think this is obsolete and dates back to the time when prefixes declared in the void.ttl file with vann:preferredNamespacePrefix were not picked up by the Prolog parser so you could not use them in your Prolog source code.

Jan can you confirm that this can go?

Why delete it? If you have an application where for whatever reason you want to preset prefixes it is still useful, no? True that doesn't seem to be the normal case, but I see no benefit in deleting it.
