Increasing react native to ^0.71.0 and bumping the version 2.6.0 #32

Increasing the react native version from ^0.64.0 to ^0.71.0. This is important as there was a change to bring in React 18 in 0.69.0 and this is causing a conflict using this package as it brings in React 17.
