Cant link to heading - Always opens at page beginning #15

Hi. Since V10 linking to headings in journals is possible without modules. But when Journal Improvements is active it always jumps to the top of a page, not to the heading.

And I tried to create map notes that link directly to a heading on a page with this module https://github.com/aMediocreDad/jal Seems like the same problem, always landing at the top of the page.

I'm noticing this issue too, with the same module. Maybe it has something to do with these lines?
