Keep complaining until someone gives a straight answer about w3.org vs HTTP 300 responses #8

r10 had a nasty little hack added to deal with HTTP response codes from w3.org.

This needs to die very shortly.

Have hassled grddl spec wranglers about this, but haven't heard back yet.
