Disable Profiles #267

When you have 4 button click set to -->Profile,
would be nice to be able to disable unused profiles.

I second that one.

Alternative would be to be able to delete profiles again (maybe instead the copy profile function) and to switch only through non-empty profiles on 4-button click.
