I get the following error: error How is this error generated expalined in deeper detail, please?

Sorry, I have retired from this work a few years back, as I’m now a pensioner. Looks like the current release of Blender has a later version of something in it, it was only ever tested on 3.0.

I suggest you post on Blender Dev website, someone else will then help you! https://devtalk.blender.org https://devtalk.blender.org/ - you will find an old thread related to this project.
