Hi 👋 ! Please let me know if there is any info you need about this event.
Hi @laisoliveira ! Welcome to ClojureBridge! As far as I remember, this is the first in Brazil, isn't it?. So, excited 🎉
It looks @davidchambers is already watching this issue. Someone from board or ex-board member will look at this chapter. But, I'm not sure who will be on this chapter as a mentor.
If the content here has no problem from your eyes and a board member's, the website will go on public. So, please hold on for a while.
Hi @yokolet ! Yes, the first in Brazil 🇧🇷 🎈 it'll be great! Thanks for the support
@davidchambers @vsmart @crkoehnen or someone else, can you mentor the first ever Brazil chapter?
I'm happy to be the mentor for this event! @laisoliveira, send me a message so we can schedule a time for a phone call to go over your preparations. :)
@davidchambers i've updated the description of this issue to be more clear that ClojureBridge is beginner-friendly but this specific event will be focused on experienced programmers and also to added the pre-requisites. I also updated the registration form, including these ☝️ + a warning that the registration form is not a confirmation, that we have a limited number of participants, and asking for people to wait for an e-mail confirming (or not) their participation. Regarding to ensure that beginners do not attend the workshop, I agree that the sign-up form is the best way to go, I removed the github and linkedin options.
Thanks a lot for helping :) (ps: maybe it would make more sense to have just the portuguese text on the website, since people don't use english that much)
Good on you, @laisoliveira. :)

That's entirely up to you, Laís. You're welcome to remove the English version from the issue description if you'd prefer not to include it on the ClojureBridge website.
This reminds me of something. Did you consider stating in the description and/or on the sign-up form that the teaching material is in English? I think attendees would appreciate being told this in advance.
@davidchambers just removed the english version and also added the note about the material in english. Thanks 🎉
@yokolet, please publish this event on the website when you get a chance. :)
