Create Quil Clojure sample project for Installfest instructions #143

The Heroku sample Clojure project is still in the Installfest instructions.

Since we do not create a web app any longer, a very simple quil app in a repository that students could clone and run would work great.

The one @orb created for ATX is here: https://github.com/AustinClojure/welcometoclojurebridge -- maybe that could just be moved into the ClojureBridge organization? May want Norman's opinion.
