Add git troubleshooting for Windows #157

Sometimes when installing git on Windows, the PATH variable doesn't update properly from the install process. Add instructions on manually editing the PATH variable and restarting to make the change come into effect.

Since all contents were moved to gh-pages, I manually merged this pull request. At the same time, I edited the file following the comment from @kpfell
