replace US-centric arithmetic exercises #194

This pull request replaces the US-centric feet and inches exercises with (universal) minutes and seconds exercises.

The idea of using time came from @lindboe at the ClojureBridge unsession at Clojure/west this evening.

Aha, this example is universal and more understandable. I'd say YES, this is a good improvement.
