Create a short promotional presentation about ClojureBridge London

@firthh I have created a very minimal overview of ClojureBridge London event, with the sign-up details on the last page. This should only take a couple of minutes to present and you can skip over details or the demo as you see fit. Certainly no need to show all 6 minutes of the demo video and you can substitute your own demo if required or just not do a demo.
