Navbar: Chat icon should link to Clojurians Slack community #18

Update the chat link in the top navigation bar to point to the #clojurebridge-london channel of the Clojurians Slack channel

https://clojurians.slack.com/messages/clojurebridge-london

Previously this was set to Gitter (which is very nice) but all the conversations are in the Clojurians Slack
