Fresh Debian 9 Stretch on a CubieTruck board:

[Cloudynitzar] - Adding Clommunity repository GPG key to the local APT keyring...

gpg: keyserver receive failed: No data

and later:

[Cloudynitzar] - Updating package sources with newly added repositories...
