Bug Report

Description

I opened my app late last week and all the settings and the printer I had setup is gone.

I still get my mobileraker companion notifications.

The only thing I can think of, is that the day before I picked up, and tried to use my phone, the screen was on and black. I could not get it to do anything after even a couple minutes. I had to force reset the phone. I do not know if mobileraker was open at the time, i am sure it was suspended atleast.

Today I did just re-add my printer and it seems all the settings i did for the printer are there, like custom temperature presets.

Steps to Reproduce

No Idea

Expected Behavior

Not loose my printer and settings.

Not sure if this is the same issue but since the latest update on Android my overview page now no longer shows my printers. I can still change to printers and get notifications, the overview page just seems broken. I have reset the entire app, storage, etc with no change.

Version: 2.6.20-479

Hey, by default mobileraker stores the Connection info on your local device. However, webcams, groups, presets.. are stored on the printer.

The empty overview page is a known bug in the TestFlight version. I already fixed that. However, apple is being weired again and decided to not auto renew my developer account and does not provide any manual renew button (yay) so the app is currently removed from the stores and I can not publish any new builds either TestFlight or normal builds.

Regarding the last Image. I encountered that also a couple of times and it is related to a bug within the OS. However, if you just force close and reopen the app it should start normally again. I will look into that to verify they there is no auto reset still in place.

Thank you. It did auto reset on my device. I did force quit and restart and it wiped my local settings. I did not push "Reset Storage"
