What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch OI Safe, enter PIN
2. Launch OI Notepad
3. Open an encrypted note
4. OI Notepad crashes
5. Re-launch OE Notepad
6. Long-press on encrypted file; select "undo encryption"
7. Open this decrypted note by selecting its header in the note list
8. The note opens, but is completely blank - it's even missing the first line
of the file that I just tapped on to open the note.
9. Press back key to return to note list
10. The note is completely gone
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Notepad 1.4.0.7, Safe 1.4.1, Android 4.2 running on unlocked Samsung Galaxy
Nexus (i9250)

This has happened to me three times, and I have lost all three of the notes.
Unfortunately, those notes contain hundreds of userids and passwords for
various websites (that's why I encrypted the notes). I might have backups in
.csv files, but the encrypted notes are gibberish because they are encrypted
(duh!), and the backups will be missing all the recent accounts that i have
created.
