Farnsworth's Business Mod not working #16

When using Farnsworth's Business Mod https://www.gtagaming.com/farnsworths-business-mod-complete-v2-f21460.html you can't seem to buy any businesses or start working. Also noticed some corruption in the prompts. Im using 1070 version of gta 4.
