Now using VFR_HUD groundspeed instead of GPS_RAW_INT vel
Reverted a FrSky library hack (making it closer to original for
groundspeed (which now sends natively in kts). This is scaled by OpenTx
telemetry sensor config back to m/s.
Changes to airspeed sensor to allow native OpenTx discovery to remain
as default.
Tidied some code and some debug output.
