Bubble card hold action triggers when scrolling in pop-up #892

Describe the bug
On the mobile app, when you have a long pop-up and are holding down to scroll, it can trigger hold actions on cards in that pop-up. Not sure if this is a mobile app issue or bubble card.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use the Home Assistant mobile app
  2. Have a pop-up long enough to scroll
  3. Scroll the pop-up by holding down on a bubble card that has a hold action
  4. The hold action will trigger when scrolling

Expected behavior
Holding a bubble card to scroll in a pop-up will not trigger the hold action on that card.

This issue should be definitely fixed in the next release 🤞
