Breakpad and Qt QApplication on Mac OS X #279

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create breakpad exception handler
2. Create QApplication object

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Application should launch, but instead MinidumpCallback is called righaway, on 
some dlopen 
from QApplication internals

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.5.5, latest svn repo

Please provide any additional information below.
Qt version 4.4.3

Have you tried to create handler after creating QApplication? Works for me.

Hi
Please reopen if the proposed solution doesn't work. Most likely it's Qt doing 
it's own exception handling 
configuraiton during startup.
