Store user defined key/values in .dmp files #353

In the Mac version of Breakpad, user defined key/values aren't currently 
stored in .dmp files and are transferred to the server out-of-band in the form 
of HTTP POST parameters.

It would be useful if these key/values where stored in .dmp files since this 
would allow us to collect .dmp files and analyze them offline.
