Cool! the linter works, but it found like a bazillion anti-pattern TeX code. I'll clean it up at some point this week

CI Checks are passing! Going to go through the PDF output later today to double check the content (i.e. that nothing major has broke, which nothing should have because they're all style changes, but good to double check)

Went through and visually confirmed there are no changes in formula between the old version and the version compiled against linted code, which is great! Going to merge this an then enable CI checks so that future code is checked against chktex as well
