Add a cookiebanner #65

We need a cookiebanner where we'll be transparent of the user data.

  1. Having a banner with some dummy text that stores the information once it is agreed/declined
  2. Fill banner with all necessary information

Session cookies do not need a cookie consent since they fall in the strictly-necessary category. From my understanding of the matter we only need a cookie consent banner if we would track the users and share that information with third parties

Do we share data if we enable Google or Github login?
