Command-V to replace selection works different than Menu->Paste #396

Snapshot 63 on 10.7.2 Intel

1) Select text using the mouse with the intention of replacing it with what is 
in the system clipboard.
2) Press Command-V to paste, text gets replaced with contents of system 
clipboard as expected, all is well.

1) Select text using the mouse with the intention of replacing it with what is 
in the system clipboard.
2) Right Click on selected text and then select Paste, text does not change, 
clipboard now set to selected text.
