Missing flag xterm_clipboard #449

Is it possible to compile MacVim with -xterm_clipboard ?

I installed Conque and when opening Conque inside macvim system clipboard
doesn't work as expected - Conque is still using vim clipboard instead of
system clipboard ( I have set "clipboard=unnamedplus" set in my .vimrc). I am
trying to troubleshoot if this is a problem with Conque or problem with MacVim.
This is issue I posted on Conque site:
https://code.google.com/p/conque/issues/detail?id=97 . Clipboard works as
expected in usual vim window, but not in Conque window .

I noticed that macvim is compiled without flag -xterm_clipboard . Could this be
a reason for Conque clipboard not using system clipboard?

I found on some forums that to add this flag I would have to add --with-x flag
during compilation. Sadly, I am getting following error:
if_ruby.c:102:19: error: ruby.h: No such file or directory
I added parameter -I/Users/robert/.rvm/src/ruby-2.0.0-p195/include (where
ruby.h is) to compilation, but then C compiler complains that set of some
functions are duplicated in environment, what makes me feel that maybe I am
doing something wrong.

What version of MacVim and OS X are you using (see "MacVim->About MacVim"
and "Apple Menu->About This Mac" menu items, e.g. "Snapshot 40, 10.5.6
Intel")?

Please ask for help on the vim_mac Google group. This issue tracker is only
for bug reports.

(I personally cannot answer your question as I've never tried compiling with
xterm_clipboard.)
