Problems linking with Python in Homebrew #450

Hi,
I am using the version of MacVim that is shipped through homebrew, a package 
manager for OSX.

However, there seems to be some problem with MacVim getting linked to a wrong 
version of python installed on the system, and hence crashing.

We have been discussing the issue on the homebrew issue tracker, here is a link

Could one of the devs have a look at the conversation and say how to fix what 
is going wrong with the compilation.
