Tabs look different in fullscreen mode than in window mode #476

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Open up a couple of tabs. Go fullscreen. Tabs look very different from the
windowed approach.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would like to see the same visual appearance of the tabs as normally. In
fullscreen mode currently it's very difficult to see what tab is active, as the
active tab and inactive tab are looking far too similar in colouring and style.

Snapshot 70, 10.8.4 Intel.

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but posting here anyway. Thank you!

It is a "feature". Check the recent history (last two months or so) of the
vim_mac Google group for a discussion.

I agree with the poster. The tab style in fullscreen makes it very hard to tell
the active one. I have to change the source code locally for myself. This is
the only annoying issue of MacVim for me (so far). If it is required to use a
different tab style in fullscreen mode, can we make the active tab
distinguishable enough?
