markvim do not show syntax highlight with markdown #488

What steps will reproduce the problem?
i use https://github.com/tpope/vim-markdown for markdown synatx color.
just like this issue i post on githum 
https://github.com/tpope/vim-markdown/issues/55
the synatx color work in terminal vim but not work for macvim

What version of MacVim and OS X are you using (see "MacVim->About MacVim"
and  "Apple Menu->About This Mac" menu items, e.g. "Snapshot 40, 10.5.6
Intel")?
Custom Version 7.4 (71)  
i install from brew

Please provide any additional information below.

Please try downloading the official MacVim snapshot and see if that fixes it.  
Sometimes things go wrong with Homebrew.
