New windows always being directed to 1st desktop #496

I use multiple "desktops" in OSX to help me contain/orgainze my work. Whenever
I open a new MACVim window in OSX it's opened on the 1st desktop and I'm forced
to enter Expose and move it back to the desktop I was originally on. I would be
great if the new window was opened on the current desktop.
