Bug in support of old style volumes with more than 101 rars

The code that is supposed to make these work was missing parentheses.

I already tested it, it seems to work fine.

including that fix?

No official release actually planned yet. I am still waiting for a new version 
of libunrar. In the meanwhile r470 will include your patch.
