The released 0.8.1.tar.gz has problems compiling

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. un tar 0.8.1
2. compile as normal, it complains about binary/binary.cc not found
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't compile, It complains about binary/binary.cc not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ubuntu 9.1 x64, v8cgi 0.8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
binary.cc was split up but not the SConstruct file?

Oops, wrong (old) SConstruct in the released package! New bugfix package 
(0.8.2) will
be released on monday. Sorry :)
