Erroneous behavior of the Site selection within the Sun Position Calculator #19

To reproduce the problem:
1. Start Tonatiuh.
2. In the Sun Light menu, select the Sun Position Calculator.
3. In the Sun Position Calculator, click in the Position Coordinates select
button.

The program will crash.

This problem happened only when the user tries to position the light BEFORE he 
or she
has created it. The solution has been to disable the option while no light is 
created
by the user.
