v3 Release and last call #191

The munin server on jsmodbus.cloud-automation.de looks very promissing after nearly one and a half week. I would give it two more weeks and make this the last call (till the end of next week) for pull requests for version 3 from jsModbus.

v3.0.0 has been released. I consider this a beta Version.
