Typescript support - initial conversion

• Converted all file extension names to .ts to prep for typescript integration
• New Typescript Abstract Classes:
  • ModbusAbstractRequest
  • ModbusAbstractResponse
  • MBClientRequestHandler
  • ModbusClientResponseHandler
  • MBClient
  • ModbusRequestBody
  • ModbusBaseResponseBody
  • ModbusWriteResponseBody extends ModbusBaseResponseBody
  • ModbusReadResponseBody extends ModbusBaseResponseBody
• ES6 style import syntax is now used (typescript prefers this syntax)
• Added new request factory similar to the response factory (more info in commit b01d01bdf0569f3c6ec68fad0cac92404ea836a9)
• Development Dependency Changes:
  • serialport^7.1.5
  • typescript^3.5.2
• Gitignore updated
  • ignores dist folder
  • ignores coverage folder
• All requests have aliased keys for slaveId, address, and unitId on both RTU and TCP so that the response payload is the same.
• Improved Error Handling:
  • Two seperate errors are defined now:
  • InternalException (details at commit 15cad714f701cbc5c351afd5396b1c4a012e3710)
  • UserRequestError (details at commit 6ce1179cb6046021c3a047ac515674ab7af445cf)
• Function codes stored in new "codes" folder as an enumerable called FC
  • All function use this enumerable instead of the corresponding hex code for better readability
• Error codes are stored under new "codes" folder as a general type with a function to check if it is an acceptable error code. This could be used as an enumerable like the function codes in the future if desired.
• User Request Response now includes a metrics property.
  • Details the time added to the cue, time started, time response received. Further details at commit 796dd79aa9a18a4943efd6eca9a5dc49b360d37e
