Create Image Captioning demo and dockerize the application #196

Find an implementation of image captioning and create a demo using Origami-lib. Once done, dockerize this to ensure ease of deployment

Hello! I have had done Image Captioning projects in past, and I am currently trying to familiarize myself with Origami (also, how do I get started?). I am happy to complete this once I am done.
