Is this like a complete GSOC 2019 proposal. Anyway, I was thinking of adding some testing using jest. The current testing using mocha simply fails. I am going to try writing a few component tests and check it out using jest.

@himanshuc3 No this won't be a complete GSoC 2019 proposal. We would like you to add a few tests first. The idea is to build the full test suite eventually.
