Error Unable to retrieve recommendations when deploy VMs via TF #124

Hello,

When deploying VMs with Terraform, a relocate action is launched by the provider but does not succeed (search for recommendations). This involves some resources and the configuration is not finalized either.

Error : Unable to retrieve recommendations.

The DRS of the vstacks are full auto so it should not ask for recommendations. We should see how the verification of recommendations is done by the provider TF.

Additional context The latest version of the provider is well used (0.12.3).

At this time, I am still unable to reproduce the bug. I would need more informations on how to reproduce to be able to go on further investigations.
