Actually, these two files (k_means_dd_18.csv and k_means_dd_23.csv) are not generated by code, but by hands (yes, and it's a hard job). For specific process, you can refer to our paper(the link is in README.md file, if it's not available, please claim, I can send it to your email), part A. Research Methods 3) City Functional Area Division or some papers related to City Functional Area Division. Besides, I've uploaded the required two files to the projects for your reference, and you can totally use it without going through above process. Due to file size limit, few files are uploaded, but I believe you can obtain related files by understanding the code an running the code. BTW, some files may be not necessary, please follow the code.
