[FEATURE REQUEST] Optionally include a file in the generated .html #83

Could we have an optional inclusion of a file for the newsletter? This would be (by assumption) a fully formatted html document and, if found and not empty, it would be included in the html output for the email. The file could be used for occasional announcements and extra notifications i addition to newly published media.

Sadly I am not a programmer - would have loved to get more involved with new features. Are there any devs working on this project currently?

Just me, and I haven't had time to sit down and do any updates.. Work should be slowing down within the next few months, so I will (hopefully) be able to release some major, NEEDED updates for this :)

While not supported by most providers / clients, you can use an iframe to pull in external HTML content. iOS supports this, I believe. Same for using javascript to append content.

So, generally speaking, it's best practice for what you're requesting to be handled server-side, but if it's just for you and few people, and you know their clients, you might be able to use to one of those two work arounds.
