Re conversation in #cloudbot with gonzo and linuxdaemon, pointing people from top level to the most active fork

While I have the ability to merge this I think other maintainers should weigh in before it is merged. @nasonfish @dmptrluke @daboross @foxlet any thoughts?

I think this would be fairly reasonable, as long as https://github.com/snoonetIRC/CloudBot is confirmed to be the only actively maintained CloudBot fork.

If there are other forks people know of, maybe we could do an index / list of them in the README as well as this?

Edited it to mention gonzobot as well, but it's merged.
