First macOS version for CloudComPy and CloudCompare #123

The binaries are signed and notarized, for mac apple architecture only (not intel computers).

Hi Daniel, I'm not yet a competent macOS developer, but I've learned the basics (the hardest part is understanding all the concepts and tools for signing and notarizing code). CloudCompare and CloudComPy work well on my mac, I hope they will work well on other macs. If anyone on the team can check, it would be great to get feedback!
