Very long job descriptions overflow

Given that the UG states that job descriptions can have a maximum of 500 characters, the UI should support long descriptions.

However, overflowing long descriptions are cut off and cannot be seen

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: Although both bugs relate to overflowing text, they look like very different components to me. The description is a simple text box, and fixing it seems more trivial. However, there can be multiple applicant names, and the length and size of one applicant name affects the positioning of the ones that come after.

I may have accepted the duplicate if the response at least mentioned that they both arise from the same implementation issue, or that fixing one will fix the other, but no explanation was given.
