Their Response to the 'Original' Bug

We agree that this is a documentation bug however as a normal user would not need the DG to operate the application, it would not affect their ability to use it. If UG was missing we would agree that a high severity is appropriate as it stops users from being able to operate the application.

Additionally, developers can access the DG from the github page or the website(after executing the help command) we believe that it's a flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Therefore, we argue that it should be a low severity bug.

Looking at a _reader's_ point of view, this is not only a minor inconvenience. The reader **cannot** access the Developer Guide, and I believe this is a major problem.
